Many Burnish pieces are made to order, so please allow 1-2 business days before your order ships.

Flat Rate Shipping

• USA: USPS First Class Mail (1-2 weeks) | USPS Priority Mail (5-7 days) | USPS Priority Express Mail (2-5 days)
• Canada: USPS First Class International Mail (2-4 weeks)
• Sorry, Burnish no longer ships to countries other than USA/Canada.
• Please keep in mind, these shipping times are just estimates.

Returns

Free returns in USA. I want you to love your Burnish jewelry pieces. If you aren't thrilled, you may return it within 30 days of order ship date, no questions asked. All orders within the USA include a pre-paid return label. 

Orders shipped to Canada may be returned or exchanged, but customer must pay shipping cost, except in the case where the item is received damaged, then Burnish will pay return shipping cost.

Exchanges

USA customers may exchange your jewelry item for free one time (or get one ring re-size) within 30 days of order ship date. Please use the included return label.

Gift Orders

All orders come with complimentary jewelry box packaging.

You may include a message at checkout with a note for me to include with your gift.

Additional gift wrap is available during checkout.

Orders to Canada

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. I can not mark the customs form as a gift. If a package is not claimed by the customer and the package is returned, you will receive a refund for the item, but not the shipping costs.

Canadian buyers must pay return shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the item is damaged. Please return to: Burnish, PO Box 110423, Anchorage, AK 99511 USA. Your refund will be processed once the return is received.
