Refund policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. All orders shipped within the USA include a FREE pre-paid return shipping label. Items may also be exchanged or resized one time for free (USA).

Orders shipped to Canada may be returned or exchanged, but customer must pay shipping cost, except in the case where the item is received damaged, then Burnish will pay return shipping cost.
